These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the SocialGix service (the socialgix.com website and the associated web application, the "Service"), provided by [Legal entity name] ("Company", "we").

SocialGix is a tool for automating the creation and publishing of social media content. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze images and videos uploaded by the user, generate post captions and background music, and provides scheduling and publishing features for content to social media accounts connected by the user (including, but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, VKontakte).
Use of the Service requires submitting a registration request. The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, or request additional information for any registration request at its discretion.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. All activity performed through your account is deemed to have been carried out by you.
To publish content, you may connect your own accounts on third-party social media platforms via those platforms' official APIs (including via the OAuth protocol). By connecting a third-party account, you authorize the Service to act on your behalf within the scope of access you granted (in particular — publishing content).
Use of third-party platforms is also governed by their own terms of service and policies. The Company is not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of third-party platforms.
Certain Service features (text generation, music generation, media storage) consume internal tokens, which the user tops up on a paid basis according to the current pricing. Token pricing and purchase terms are shown within the Service interface and may change.
You retain all rights to the content (photos, videos, text) you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant the Company a limited right to process, store, and transmit it to the social media accounts you have connected — solely for the purpose of providing you with the Service's features.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold all necessary rights to the content you upload, and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties or violate applicable law.
You may not use the Service to create or distribute illegal, abusive, or misleading content, content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties, or to engage in activity that violates the terms of use of the connected social media platforms.
The Service is provided "as is". The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service and is not liable for publishing outcomes (reach, engagement, etc.), third-party platform outages, data loss, or other indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
The Company may suspend or terminate a user's access to the Service in case of a violation of these Terms. Users may stop using the Service at any time by contacting support.
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
