This Privacy Policy explains what data the SocialGix service (socialgix.com and the associated web application, the "Service") collects, how we use, store, and protect it.
When you register for and use the Service, we may collect: your name, email, phone number, business name and industry; photos and videos you upload; generated post captions; usage data (actions within the interface, request logs); technical data (IP address, browser type) — to the extent necessary for the Service's operation and security.
If you connect third-party social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, VKontakte), we obtain and store the access tokens necessary to publish content on your behalf — within the scope of access you granted when connecting.
Collected data is used to: provide the Service's features (content generation and publishing), communicate with you (notifications, support responses), improve the quality of the Service, ensure security and prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We share data with third parties only to the extent necessary for the Service to operate: the social media platforms you connect (to publish content on your behalf), infrastructure providers (hosting, cloud file storage), and providers of content-generation technology (AI models for text and music generation). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide you with the Service, or until you request its deletion. Uploaded media files are stored in cloud storage in the amount you have paid for; when a post is deleted or storage payment lapses, the file is deleted.
Passwords are stored in an irreversibly hashed form. Access to third-party service APIs is protected by authorization tokens. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, but cannot guarantee absolute security of any data transmission over the internet.
You may request access to your data, its correction, or deletion by contacting support. You may revoke the Service's access to connected social media accounts at any time via that platform's own settings, or by contacting us.
The Service may use cookies and similar technologies to support the operation of the web application (e.g., storing your login session) and basic website usage analytics.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email.
For questions regarding the processing of personal data, please contact: support@socialgix.com or via the Contact page.
